The art was amazing, cannot wait for the next issue!
Comment by Philippe 05.17.12 @ 5:12 pmThe art was sufficient but didn’t blow me away. To be fair though, Trevor had a tough act to follow coming in after yourself and Amy.
Sune reminds me of the Young Justice (animated series) version of Cheshire. Not intentional, I know, but I get that vibe from her.
Also, did you know that Batwoman was going to guest-star in Batgirl? Wondering if you and Gail Simone discussed the character before she decided to use her in the upcoming issue. The cover (forget the issue number. #12?) with Batgirl and Batwoman fighting looks pretty awesome. I don’t read Batgirl but I’ll pick that issue up for Kate’s appearance.
Hey there Craig
Sorry you weren’t satisfied with Trevor’s work. I’m not quite sure why though. I felt he did a very nice job, especially considering he only had about 30 days to do it in.
As for Batgirl, all I know is that Batwoman is to appear, I’ve had no contact with Gail, sadly.
Comment by jhw3 05.21.12 @ 10:49 pmLove this cover! Love it !!! Am also really enjoying Trevor’s work, too. I like the differences each artists brings to the title, and to Kate’s look. He’s super talented and I look forward to his next couple of issues. From what I read, he’s on board through issue 11, right? I count myself lucky that so many talented people have been involved with my favorite title! Keep up the good work, everyone!!!!

Yes we should have Trevor all through the rest of this arc, and I’m glad you like what he is doing so far.

Trevor’s art exceeded my expectations. By a large margin.
