The first very off mark guess that came to my drunken mind was “Little Shop of Horrors.” Killer Tomatoes? Im stumped.

I’m thinking it’s Day of the Triffids. I remember watching it as a child on BBC TV.

The Happening.

A.C.K is totally right. We were having a conversation last night about movies and The Happening came up, we were all in unison on how terrible the film was, then Josh blurts out that line quoted above, and we all bursted out laughing. Perfect description of the film.

Stephen King talked about how much he liked it. I’ll have to go see it now.

Honestly, don’t bother, it’s just bad. There are some movies that are good bad and there are some movies that are just bad, this is one of the latter.

I’d much rather watch Day Of The Triffids.

The premise of The Happening wasnt all that bad really. I couldnt get past the really bad acting, and I mean BAD acting.

I agree, the premise was a good one, it’s just such a poorly executed film. And some of the elements to the parts that were supposed to freak people out just came across as silly and nonsensical.

Don’t get me started on The Happening.

What Happens if you get started on The Happening? Should we all be afraid? 🙂

It’s just that I go on and on and bang my fist on tables and claw at the air and so forth. So actually, ordinary behaviour on my part.
